WEDDING VENUE RENTAL PACKAGES

Single Day Packages: Friday, Saturday or Sunday
9:30am until 11:00pm
Two Day Packages: Thursday/Friday, Friday/ Saturday or Saturday/Sunday
Day 1: 12:00pm to 9pm; Day 2: 9:30am to 11:00 pm
Fewer Hours for day before set-up, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner are available to rent by the hour.

3% Cash Discount
5% Alcohol-free discount
7% Military, First Responder Discount (Police, Fire, EMS service by the couple or parents)
(Total Discount amount 10%)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND OPTIONS
$500 Save The Date is available > 12 month in the future (this goes towards the total balance).
50% of balance due and contract signing due at the 12 month date.
Remaining balance due 6 month prior to event.
Payment for outside set up and any White Pine Grove Décor that is being rented is due at least 2 weeks prior to your event when you know your guest size. A $400 Security Deposit is also due at that time. Payment is by Cash, Check or Venmo.

COST FOR OUTSIDE CEREMONY EQUIPMENT AND SET UP:

Tents:
50-person capacity: $300.00 (with sides $325)
100-person capacity: $650.00 (with sides $750)
150-person capacity: $850.00 (with sides $950)

Chairs and benches:
Wooden Folding Chairs: $2/chair (seating for up to 150)
Rustic Benches: $20/bench (each bench seats 6-7 people, seating up to 100 people)

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • Meetings and worksheets to help with planning and set up and planning
  • Optional Rental Items for table and Arch Décor
  • Set Up at 8ft wooden rectangular table with wooden chairs for up to 150 guests
    (black tablecloths for food service tables available at $12 each, and white table cloths for head tables if desired at $20 per table)
  • Clean up and garbage removal
  • Wedding arch
  • Direction of Parking
  • Day of Event Coordination

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent personal service, and are on site during the entire event. Please contact us with any questions!

SHOWERS

Bridal and Baby Showers.

These events are rented in 6 or 8 hour blocks. 50% of balance is required at contract. The remainder is due 1 month before the event. A refundable $100 security deposit is also required. Please contact us for current pricing.

OTHER EVENTS

Special Events

We have had many different types of events here including graduation and birthday parties, a sports team banquet and select band and choir concert, fundraiser dinners, a lecture luncheon and church services and functions. Pricing is individualized based on size, time and specific event requirements and needs. We would love to speak with you about your event!
